Highly recommend this hotel!
The service was excellent and the staff went out of their way to assist us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Despite being an upmarket hotel, they were still very accommodating and welcoming of our toddler and there were extra amenities for her which were appreciated. The hotel is situated in the older part of Karuizawa and is within walking distance of many beautiful attractions and restaurants/cafes. The breakfast is also excellent.

Everything is good except the variety of the breakfast.
The place is nice. The staff is very nice. The room is quite big so its good for family with the kids. The location is far from the ski resort but they have a shuttle bus where you can catch and request time in advance so its quite good.
The breakfast is not variety. We stayed for 5 nights and the main course is exactly the same even the buffet is the same. We got bored of it so we ended up finding breakfast outside the hotel.

The room is good.
The shuttle service so good, and the driver is so nice. The room service breakfast is good, no need to line up.
Feel like the public interiors, need to maintenance and update. Doesn’t feel like a four star hotel in Japan.

Wonderful
the staff were very nice and helpful, facility is superb and very comfortable hotel room. the onsen in the hotel is very excellent and convenience.
the breakfast has too little selection and same as every day. Not very much selection of dining room or restaurant in the hotel.
